Refund policy

We offer refunds for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.
   

2. Returns must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
   

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
   

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned items. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
